Holywell Cottage is available on a weekly basis with change over days being Fridays. There may be some flexibility during mid and low season, in which cases minimum nights stay would be 3 nights (you may of course stay for less but would still be charged for 3!). During high season a minimum 7 day stay is preferable.
We ask guests to arrive after 4 pm and vacate by 10 am to allow us time to clean and prepare for the next guests. After your initial enquiry I will send a booking form and payment details. An initial payment of £100 is required with the completed booking form within 4 days to secure the booking at which time it will be marked as unavailable on the calendar. The balance will then be due 4 weeks before your arrival date. If booking less than 4 weeks before arrival date, the total payment would be required on booking.
A copy of the Terms and Conditions will also be sent out with the booking form, which can also be seen here. Please take a few minutes to read these. Please note that as Covid 19 is now a known risk there will be no refunds for cancellation due to Covid 19. If you would like cover for this I would recommend taking out travel insurance before your trip. The Post Office have a Covid 19 add on for their travel insurance.
