Holywell Cottage Malvern Rental Rates
Holywell Cottage is available on a weekly or daily (3 nights minimum) basis with change over days for weekend or weekly stays being Fridays. There may be some flexibility of arrival day during mid and low season. During high season a minimum 7 day stay is preferable.
We ask guests to arrive after 4 pm and vacate by 10 am to allow us time to clean and prepare for the next guests. After your initial enquiry I will send a booking form and payment details. An initial payment of £100 is required with the completed booking form within 3 days to secure the booking at which time it will be marked as unavailable on the calendar. The balance will then be due 4 weeks before your arrival date. If booking less than 4 weeks before arrival date, the total payment would be required on booking.
A copy of the Terms and Conditions will also be sent out with the booking form, which can also be seen here. Please take a few minutes to read these. Please note that as Covid 19 is now a known risk there will be no refunds for cancellation due to Covid 19. If you would like cover for this I would recommend taking out travel insurance before your trip. The Post Office have a Covid 19 add on for their travel insurance.
